Don’t let this Kotek press conference from a week ago slip from being noticed. This is one of the few times, as governor, Tina Kotek has faced a steady stream of tough questions while also being somewhat flummoxed on the answers. Kotek had no answers because she simply cannot defend trying to block voters — whether that is by trying to derail the gas vote or changing the gas tax vote election from November to May.
